About us: a small shop for the person who got asked to plan the party

Team Party Kit is a small shop run by Francesco in Norderstedt near Hamburg, Germany. We make ready-to-run kits for the office Christmas party and other team events: an editable quiz with host notes, no-pressure games and a planner. Every kit comes in English, German and Spanish.

Why Team Party Kit exists

Francesco has worked in digital marketing for more than ten years: at media companies, in e-commerce and in B2B. Today he leads a team for organic and AI search at an agency. He has led teams for many years.

He once described a good team in public as one where there was “room for friendships”. That rarely happens in a meeting. It happens on the evenings that are not about work: the Christmas party, the summer party, the team night out.

Organising those evenings usually lands on someone who already has a full job. On the team lead, on HR or on office management. Rarely on someone trained to do it. Next to the actual work there is one evening for it, not a week. And the party still has to work for everyone: the loud ones, the quiet ones and everyone joining by video.

Francesco has been building his own projects alongside his job since 2015. Team Party Kit is built for exactly this situation. Every quiz slide has host notes. Everyone plays in teams, nobody has to stand up alone. Every game works without alcohol, and the games guide marks which ones also work on a video call. The kit has already been played at a real party.

Planning a private party? The licence in the kit allows use “for your own events and within your organisation”.

What you can expect from us

Every answer has a source. The Complete kit includes a separate file with the source for every question, so any argument after the quiz is over fast. In our fact check in October 2026 we opened all 122 source links and corrected 7 details. One example: Rovaniemi itself is not right on the Arctic Circle, but Santa Claus Village a few kilometres north is. The slide now says exactly that.
We count honestly. A single kit has 40 fact-checked questions plus 8 templates that you fill with questions about your own team. We do not count the templates as finished questions.
Nobody has to perform. Everyone plays in teams. The secret mission and conversation cards say it in print: passing is always allowed.
The evening has a plan B. The host script has two pages just for when the room goes quiet, the tech breaks or you run late. You can save the quiz show as a file, and you also get a PowerPoint file and printable A to D answer paddles.
You can look at everything first. The quiz show demo runs in your browser with no signup. The free sample and the mini quiz are PDFs. You can read the company licence as a PDF before you buy.

What exactly is in the kits

Two editions with the same structure: Holiday, and All-Year for summer parties, team days or remote socials. No question appears in both.

Basic, €14.90: Quiz as a 118-slide PowerPoint: 6 rounds, 40 fact-checked questions, 8 editable templates and a tiebreaker, host notes on every slide. Plus answer sheets with a host key, 10 no-pressure games with a bingo card and a start-here guide.
Complete, €29: Everything in Basic. Plus secret missions and conversation cards (Holiday 30 and 32, All-Year 20 and 30), a planner, a host script, sources for every question, printables for certificates, team cards and answer paddles, and the browser quiz show. The Holiday kit adds 5 gift exchange formats with name-draw slips.

How the quiz show works

The laptop is connected to the projector. The big screen shows the question, timer and scores, and the laptop tells you what to say and what comes next.
Before the party you type in 10 to 15 facts about your company. The show turns them into a round of its own.
To join, teams scan a QR code or open the player page and type in a five-digit room code. No app, no account.
For A to D questions teams answer on their phones and the show keeps score. For buzzer questions the big screen shows which team buzzed first.

Here on the website through Gumroad. Gumroad is the merchant of record, handles payment and issues the receipt. Your ZIP arrives by email right after checkout.

On Fiverr, if you want a quiz with your own questions, your logo and your colours.
By quote and bank transfer for companies in Germany. Francesco writes the quote and the invoice himself.

When we are not the right choice

Nobody on the team wants to host? Then a booked event with a professional host is worth the money.
You want a game that runs on phones with no host at all? Then a quiz app or a party game pack fits better.

FAQ

Where do the questions come from?

All texts, questions and graphics are original works. Every knowledge question is backed by a publicly available source, and the list is in the Complete kit.

Does it work for a large group?

Yes. Everyone plays in teams, so you just print more answer sheets. With the phone buzzer, several phones can play for the same team.

Do we need a company license?

Not necessarily. The regular kit already allows use within your organisation. The company license is for several offices, the intranet or a written licence.

Can we get an invoice for the company?

Yes. Gumroad issues the receipt, and you add your company details at checkout. Companies in Germany can also buy by quote and bank transfer.

Can I return the kit?

It is a digital product delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and lose your EU right of withdrawal. If a file is faulty or will not open, email us and we fix it or send a corrected file.

What if the tech fails on the night?

The Complete kit has a PowerPoint backup, a printable host booklet and A to D answer paddles for exactly that. If a phone battery dies, the team just holds up a paddle.
