Short answer: the Company License gives your company all six Complete kits (Holiday and All-Year, each in English, German and Spanish) with a written licence for every office, remote teams, the intranet and any number of internal hosts. It costs €69 up to 50 employees, €149 up to 250 and €349 without a limit, once, no subscription. The invoice is made out to your company.
If one person is planning one party in one place, you do not need it. The regular Complete kit for €29 already allows use within your organisation.

When is the Company License worth it?
- Several teams, offices or countries want to use the kits, and you want one clear licence instead of everyone buying their own.
- You want the files on your intranet, SharePoint or a shared drive.
- Your team works in more than one language, or you want the Christmas kit and the all-year kit for summer parties and team days.
- Procurement asks for an invoice to the company, a VAT number on the invoice or a written licence.
When you do not need it
- One organiser, one party: the Complete kit for €29 is enough.
- You want to use the kits for your clients' events as an agency: that is not covered. Ask us about a partner model.

Employees are counted at the time of purchase. If you grow, you only pay the difference. VAT is added at checkout where it applies; with a valid EU or UK VAT number no VAT is charged.

Invoice, purchase order or bank transfer
Buying on Gumroad: Gumroad is the merchant of record. After the purchase you generate the invoice from your receipt with company name, address and VAT number. Purchase order numbers go into the notes field.
Quote and bank transfer: email us your company name, address and tier. Francesco writes the quote and invoice himself. As a small business under German law (§ 19 UStG) no VAT is shown on it. After payment you get a code for the download and the licence key. For now this is available to companies in Germany; everyone else buys on Gumroad.
What the licence allows
- Internal events of your company, at every location and in every country, on site, hybrid and remote.
- Any number of internal hosts and events, with no time limit.
- Editing, translating and adding your logo.
- Storage on the intranet and internal drives, as long as only employees have access.
- Service providers who run an internal event on your behalf may use the materials for that event.
- Not allowed: reselling, passing the files to other companies, publishing them online, using them for external clients' events or public events with paid admission.
FAQ
Do we need a company license to use the kit at work?
Not always. The regular kit already allows use within your organisation. The Company License adds all six kits, a written licence for every location and the intranet, a key for all internal hosts and an invoice to the company.
How do we get an invoice with our VAT number?
On Gumroad you generate the invoice from your receipt and enter company name, address and VAT number. With a valid EU or UK VAT number Gumroad refunds or does not charge the VAT.
Can we pay by bank transfer or with a purchase order?
Yes, for companies in Germany. Email [email protected] with company name, address and tier and you get a quote. After payment we send a code for the download.
We already bought a Complete kit. Can we upgrade?
Yes. Email us and we credit the €29 you paid.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep the files and the licence. Updates to the purchased kits are free.
