2. Summary

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or marketing tools. For anonymous reach measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (see section 5). There are no external fonts, videos or social media plugins, no contact form and no newsletter. All texts, images and stylesheets are delivered as static files via Cloudflare Pages.

3. Hosting (Cloudflare Pages)

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Dienst: Cloudflare Pages), which runs a global content delivery network. Requests are answered by a server near your location, which may be outside the European Union.

When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (server log files), in particular IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL and browser and operating system (user agent). This data is needed to provide the website and keep it secure and stable. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and fast website). Log data is kept according to Cloudflare's rules, usually only for a short time. We have no access to raw log files of individual visitors and store no IP addresses ourselves. The connection is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS).

4. Transfers to third countries

Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA. Where personal data, in particular the IP address, is transferred to the USA or other third countries, the transfer is based on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR) and on the Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, which are part of Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum (Art. 28 GDPR). 5. Reach measurement with Cloudflare Web Analytics

To understand how often our pages are visited and where visitors come from, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Your browser loads a small script from static.cloudflareinsights.com, which sends technical data to Cloudflare when a page is viewed: page visited, referrer, load time, browser, operating system, device type and the country derived from the IP address.

Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookies, uses no local storage and creates no user profiles. According to Cloudflare, your IP address is not stored. We only see aggregated figures such as page views, referrers, device types and countries and cannot identify any individual person.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is measuring the reach of our offer and improving the website. Since no information beyond what is technically necessary is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under Section 25 of the German TDDDG, so there is no cookie banner. You can object to this processing at any time under Art. 21 GDPR. You can also block the measurement by blocking scripts from static.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser or with a content blocker.

Cloudflare processes the data on our behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which Cloudflare is certified. Cloudflare privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Other Cloudflare features that may set cookies, such as Zaraz, Bot Management or challenge pages, are not enabled. Basic DDoS protection works on the server side without cookies.

6. Purchases via Gumroad

When you click a buy button, you go to Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., USA). Only there are data such as name, email address and payment details collected. Gumroad is merchant of record and independently responsible for this processing. We receive the order data needed to handle your order (for example name, email address and product) to provide support and meet legal retention duties (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). 7. Links to Fiverr

For custom orders we link to our offer on Fiverr (Fiverr International Ltd., Israel). When you click, you leave our website and Fiverr's privacy policy applies: fiverr.com/privacy-policy.

8. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract related requests, otherwise (f)). The data is deleted once the request is done and no legal retention duties apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Just write to the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular the authority responsible for us in Schleswig-Holstein (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein, ULD) or the one where you live.

There is no automated decision making, including profiling.
