Withdrawal and returns

Digital content, instant delivery

All Team Party Kit products are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. You get them as an instant download right after purchase.

Purchase via Gumroad

Purchase and order handling run through Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc., USA). As merchant of record, Gumroad handles checkout, payment and invoice.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14 day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends early once the download has been made available, if you expressly agreed that performance starts before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal this way (Section 356(5) German Civil Code, BGB). By purchasing you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Returns and refunds

Because the content is delivered immediately and the right of withdrawal therefore ends, returns or refunds are not provided. Your statutory rights in case of defects remain unaffected.
